S.O(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 and 4.1 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule 2, of the book titled "ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 1997-2002" (as amended): (i)The Words "Austria or" and "Finland or" in the item description against Code 0006 in Table A of Schedule 2 shall be deleted. (ii)The entry at code No.4101 (a) relating to Raw hides and skins in Table B of Schedule 2 may be amended to read as under: Code No. ITEM POLICY NATURE OF RESTRICTION 4101 Hides and Skins namely: a. (i)Raw hides and skins, all
