GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE NOTIFICATION NO. 14 (RE-98) 1997-2002 NEW DELHI: the 18th June, 1999 In exercise of powers conferred by section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002 (incorporating amendment made upto 31.3.99), the Central Government hereby makes following amendments in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002: (incorporating amendment made upto 31.3.99). The word and expression "10.2(g) (in case of supplies to refineries for goods specified in the list notified by Department of Revenue) appearing in paragraph 7.6 shall be amended to read as "10.2(g) (in case of supplies to refineries for goods specified in the list notified by Department of Revenue and in case of supplies to mega power projects in terms of Public Notice No.13(RE-99)/97-02 dated 18.6.99)" Similarly, the word and expression 10.2(g)(in case of supplies to refineries) appearing in paragraph 7.6 shall be amended to read as "10.2(g) (in case of supplies to refineries and in case of supplies to mega power projects in terms of Public Notice No. 13(RE-99)/97-02 dated 18.6.99)" This issues in public interest.
