(vii) Issue of export license by DGFT (Hqrs): W.e.f. 06.07.2018, the export licenses / authorizations for approved SCOMET applications are issued centrally by DGFT (Hqrs) generally within three working days from issue of Minutes of IMWG meeting subject to all mandatory compliance.
