mandatory requirement of Type Approval Certificate to import of 25 number of Toyota Commuter 14 seater vans into India from Japan. The Committee took note of the recommendation of the Ministry of Tourism. It was further noted that the import of new cars/vehicles is subject to Policy Conditions under Chapter 87 in ITC(HS) 2012.
