Subject:­  Correction/amendment in PRC Meeting No. 11/AM13 held  on  26.6.2012 under the Chairmanship of D.G.F.T.

              The undersigned is directed to refer to Minutes of the PRC Meeting No. 11/AM13 held  on  26.6.2012, under the Chairmanship of Dr. A.K. Pujari, Director General of  Foreign Trade and to intimate that while recording the minutes for Case at  S.No. 20  M/s. Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, Mohali  an error was occurred inadvertently  in the subject & there is no change in decision and the same may be read as under:­               As in the PRC minutes               Corrected version of PRC minutes

Authorizations  Nos.  0510114011  dated  06.01.2004, 0510114037  dated  06.01.2004  &  0510114748  dated 13.01.2004.   The Committee noted the request of the firm and decided to reject as no cogent and justified reasons  establishing genuine hardship warranting relaxation under Para 2.5 of the FTP have been provided by the firm.
