Subject: Revocation of Suspension of M/s Continental Warehousing

        Corporation (Nhava Sheva) Limited, now known as M/s DP World             
     Multimodal Logistics Pvt. Ltd. -reg.        

   Attention of Exporters/Importers/Customs Brokers/Shipping Agents and all concerned is invited to Public Notice No. 64/2025 dated 28.08.2025, wherein the approval granted to M/s. Continental Warehousing Corporation (Nhava Sheva) Private Limited, now known as M/s. DP World Multimodal Logistics Private Limited, located at Village Khopta, Taluka Uran, District Raigad, Maharashtra, as a Customs Cargo Service Provider, was suspended under Regulation 11(2) of the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009, vide Order dated 28.08.2025. The suspension of M/s. Continental Warehousing Corporation (Nhava Sheva) Private Limited, now known as M/s. DP World Multimodal Logistics Private Limited, under Regulation 11(2) of HCCAR, 2009, has been revoked vide Order dated 04.09.2025. Accordingly, the approval granted under Public Notice No. 51/2022 dated 05.08.2022 stands restored with effect from 04.09.2025.
