Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 45(1) and 141 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962, 1, B. Sumidaa Devi, Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva General, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Mumbai Zone - II, hereby appoint M/s International Cargo Terminal Private Limited to be the "Custodian" of the imported goods received in the area admeasuring the aforesaid 1355 SQM at their Container Freight Station until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transhipped in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII of the Customs Act, 1962.

M/s International Cargo Terminal Private Limited will also be the "Custodian" of the Export Cargo brought into said Container Freight Station, for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. 3.    Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 10 of the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations 2009, I, B. Sumidaa Devi, Commissioner of Customs(General), JNCH, hereby approve M/s International Cargo Terminal Private Limited as Customs Cargo Service Provider for the said CFS of M/s International Cargo Terminal Private Limited subject to following conditions:
I. The Custodian M/s International Cargo Terminal Private Limited approved as Customs Cargo Service Provider shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009, and other regulations, notifications, orders issued there under. II. The duration of appointment of M/s International Cargo Terminal Private Limited as Custodian and as Customs Cargo Service Provider shall remain valid till AEO authorization is valid and not suspended or revoked.
