The undersigned is directed to refer to Minutes of the PRC Meeting No. 32/AM12 held on 16.12.2012, under the Chairmanship of Dr. A.K. Pujari, Director General of Foreign Trade and to intimate that while recording the minutes for Case at S.No. 20 M/s. Dalas Biotech Ltd. New Delhi, a sentence i.e. No EOP extension beyond 30.1.2003 may be given in either of the authorizations for the purpose of clubbing was inadvertently mentioned. Accordingly above sentence may be deleted. Other terms and condition will remain unchanged. This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
