The appointment was further extended for 5 years from 15.03.2020 vide Public Notice No. 134/2020 dated 14.10.2020. 2. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 45(1) and 141 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962, 1, B Sumidaa Devi, Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH, Mumbai Zone II, Nhava Sheva hereby appoint M/s. Container Corporation of India Ltd. i.e CONCOR to be the Custodian of the Imported goods received at the Container Freight Station at Dronagiri Rail Terminal until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transhipped in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII of the Customs Act, 1962. M/s. Container Corporation of India Ltd.

Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH, hereby renew the approval of M/s Container Corporation of India Ltd. i.e. CONCOR as a Customs Cargo Service Provider for the above mentioned Container Freight Station, subject to the following conditions: i. The Custodian M/s Container Corporation of India Ltd. i.e. CONCOR approved as Customs Cargo Service Provider for the said CFS shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962, and the regulations under the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 and other regulations, notifications, orders issued thereunder. ii. The duration of appointment of M/s Container Corporation of India Ltd. i.e. CONCOR as Customs Cargo Service Provider is valid for five (5) years w.e.f 15.3.2025 subject to review, if any, under the 1st proviso to sub- regulation(2) of Regulation 10 of HCCAR, 2009.
