Public Notice No.5}+/2025 An area admeasuring 49,999,373 square meters of Container Freight Station M/s International Cargo Terminal & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (Erstwhile U.L.A) located at Sector-8. Dronagiri Node, opp. Bhendkhal Village, TalukaUran, Dist.-Raigad, Maharashtra, Navi Mumbai-400707 was declared as Customs Area under section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 vide Notification no. 03/2006 dated 16.02.2006 asamended from time to time and M/s. International Cargo Terminal & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd (Erstwhile U.L.A) was appointed as Custodian and the Customs Cargo Service Provider for the said area vide notification No. 91/2020 dated 24.07.2020 for a period of 5 years from 15.03.2020. 2. Further, in between, M/s International Cargo Terminals and Infrastructure Private Ltd applied for change in the name from M/s International Cargo Terminals and Infrastructure Private Ltd to M/s J M Baxi Ports & Logistics Ltd, which was approved and amended vide Public Notice No. 38/2022 dated 30.06.2022. 3.

Ltd which was approved vide Public Notice No. 25/2025 dated 25.02.2025 by amending Public Notice No. 38/2022 dated 30.06.2022. 4. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Sections 45(1) and 141 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, B. Sumidaa Devi, Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH, hereby renew the appointment of M/s. J M Baxi Ports & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. as the Custodian of the Imported goods received at the Container Freight Station of M/s. J M Baxi Ports & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transshipped i n accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII of the Customs Act, 1962. M/s. J M Baxi Ports & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. wil] also be the Custodian of the Export cargo brought into said Container Freight Station for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port.

a. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 10 of the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations 2009, I, B. Sumidaa Devi, Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH, hereby renew the approval of M/s. J M Baxi Ports & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. as Customs Cargo Services Provider for the said CFS of M/s. J M Baxi Ports & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. subject to following conditions:

• |. The Custodian M/s. J M Baxi Ports & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. approved as Customs Cargo Service Provider shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and the Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulations, 2009, other regulations, notifications, orders issued there

• li. The duration of appointment of M/s. J M Baxi Ports & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. as Custodian and as Customs Cargo Service Provider shall remain valid till AEO authorisation is valid and not suspended or revoked.

• iii, The Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH shall have the right to review the approval as Customs Cargo Services Provider for failure to comply with any of the Regulations of the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 or as per the directions of the Government of India.
