Subject: Minutes of the PRC Meeting No.05/AM09

               held on 30.09.2008 under the Chairmanship 
              of the  D.G.F.T. (Case 38).

In partial modification to the recommendations made by PRC in its meeting no. 05/AM09 dated 30.09.2008 held under the chairmanship of Director General of Foreign Trade, the recommendations in respect of item at Sl. No. 38 pertaining to M/s. Vinay Puri, New Delhi, may be read as under:

The Committee considered the request of the firm and decided to allow:

(i) import of motor vehicle from a country other than that of origin and ;

(ii) exemption from applicability of conditions contained in para 2 (ii) ( c ) to import Licensing Note below Chapter 87 of ITC (HS).
