Subject: Email-id for grievance redressal pertaining to NAC Chemicals -reg.

Attention of Importers, Customs Brokers and other Stakeholders is invited to Public Notice No. 14/2025 dated 31.01.2025 of Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House (JNCH) wherein the contact details of NAC Chemicals and its various Working Groups have been informed. 2. In this regard, it is to emphasize that any grievance/issues which are related to assessment under NAC Chemicals (i.e. items falling under Chapter 28 to Chapter 49 of Customs Tariff Act, 1975), whether transactional or policy related, may be addressed to the NAC Chemicals Secretariat, JNCH on email-id nacchemical.jnch@gov.in. This email facility is in addition to other grievance redressal mechanisms such as Anonymized Escalation Mechanism (AEM) through ICEGATE Helpdesk or Turant Seva Kendra (TSK) of individual Customs Houses. 2.1 The NAC Chemicals Secretariat shall regularly monitor the grievances received through the aforesaid email-id and take necessary steps for appropriate redress al. 3.
