Whether initially Adhoc-Norms was fixed by the KASEZ, for the item off Highway Tyre (OHT_) if so, give details there-of.

Production/consumption data for current year and for the last two year duly certified by Chartered Accountant and also endorsed by KASEZ. .
A copy of LOP issued by KASEZ for the manufacture of tyres and to indicate clearly whether they are also manufacturing on the road tyre in the domestic tariff area at the same location, as a copy of IEM has been enclosed for the manufacture of 'On the road 'tyres'
To indicate the imported items with wastage to fix the wastage norms, giving separately indigenous items and also percentage CIF value of Rubber Chemicals and Miscellaneous Chemicals to . the FOB value of Export.

Subject:Fixation of ad-hoc norms in respect of various advance authorization applications, against import of Ethane and Mixed Petroleum Gas (MPG) towards export of petrochemical products viz. LLDPE, HDPE, HDPE Granules, LDPE and Styrene Butadiene Rubber. - regarding. Decision: The nine-member Expert Committee (EC) constituted by the Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, headed by Ms. Jayati Ghosh, Executive Director (Technical), M/s Engineers India Limited, for fixation of norms of petrochemical products (Ethane to HDPE / HDPE Granules / LLDPE / Polymer LLDPE / Articles made of HDPE) being exported by M/s Reliance Industries has submitted its 1° Stage Report with the approval of Secretary, Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals.

The aforesaid 1° stage report was placed before the Norms Committee — VII in the meeting held on 28/04/2022. The Norms Committee — VII under the Chairmanship of Addl. DGFT (HS) considered the report and decided to accept the first stage report of the EC as approved by Secretary, Department of Chemicals & Petro-chemicals.

RA may take consequential action for disposing of the cases as per Policy /Procedure for all pending cases pertaining to import & export of these items by RIL. A copy of the first stage report is attached herewith for ready reference.
