Decision:- The committee considered the case as per agenda in the presence of Technical Expert and decided to refer the case to technical Expert (Consultant 1) for examination. Hence, the committee decided to defer the case.

Decision: The firm appeared before the committee during personal hearing and explained their case and submitted detailed calculation. They have claimed average wastage of 94% and taking into consideration the wastage allowed to the others for the manufacturing of Gaskets and also various shapes of export item. Accordingly, the committee considered the case as per agenda and decided to ratify the norms with 55% wastage as under:-
