Submission of Documents Attention of all the concerned Advance License holders is invited to Public Notice No I1/2011, dated 10.02.2011. JNCH, Nhava Sheva has received a list of 18,500 Advance Authorisations trom the oftice of ADGFT Mumbai vide mail dated 24.03.2025, wherein they have mentioned that these authorisations have been closed by them. Out of these 18,500 Advance Authorisations, Nine Hundred Twenty Five(925), cases selected for detailed verification are annexed herewith as Annexure A'. PUBLIC NOTICE NO37/2025 2 The Authorisation Holders mentioned in Annexure A are requested to furnish the required documents as per Annexure 'A' contained in PN.II/201l dated 10.02.2011, to the DEEC Monitoring Cell, 7th Floor, JNCH, Nhava-Sheva, on or before 31.03.2025, for verification of exports and consequent cancellation of BG/LUT. 3. List of cases( 17575) where verification is not required is annexed as 'Annexure B'. Since the EODCs in these cases have not been received, the importer shall submit the EODC on X-MAS portal available on JNCH website. I.
