2. Attention is further invited to the CBIC Circular No. 13/2025-Customs dated 08.04.2025 wherein it has been decided to rescind the Circular No. 29/2020-Customs dated 29.06.2020 as amended with immediate effect. And, the cargo already entered into India may be allowed to exit the India territory as per procedure given in Circular No. 29/2020-Customs dated 22.06.2020 and JNCH PN No. 101/2024 dated 22.1 1.2024. 3. Accordingly, Public Notice No. 101/2024 dated 22.11.2024 issued by JNCH in this regard stands withdrawn with immediate effect. 4. Any difficulties in the implementation of this module may be brought to the notice of ADC/JC, SCMTR, JNCH.
