Decision: The case was discussed in the Meeting and it was noted that DIPP has called for information vide their e-mail dated 16.06.2014 regarding consumption certificate of Misc. 9 Chemicals of Tyre in “Numbers” not in “Kg”. This was followed by several Reminders from Di DGFT. Now ATMA has furnished information vide e-mail dated 28.10.2014 and it was observed~ that they have not furnished the specific information in “Kg” so far. The Representative of DIPP present in the meeting stated that they have telephonically requested to Mr. Joy Joseph to come for hearing to their Department.
