SUPPLEMENTARY AGENDA FOR THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF APPROVAL TO BE HELD ON 2ND FEBRUARY, 2007

Item No. 1 Requests for authorized operations

(1) Request of M/s. FOXCONN India Developer Private Limited for authorized operations in the sector specific SEZ for electronics hardware and related support services at Chennai proposed to be developed by SIPCOT.

SEZ for electronics hardware and related support services at Chennai proposed to be developed by SIPCOT has been notified 22.12.2006.
M/s. FOXCONN India Developer Private Limited has submitted request for co- developer in the said SEZ, which has been included in the main agenda. The request of the co-developer for authorized activities is at Annexure –1.

(2) SEZ for writing and printing paper mill at Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh by M/s. Whitefield Paper Mills Limited

The SEZ has been notified on 22.12.2006. The request of the developer for authorized operations is at Annexure –2.

(3) SEZ for electronic hardware sector at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh by
M/s. Fabcity SPV (India) Private Limited

The developer submitted request for authorized activities in the non- processing, which has been listed in the main agenda. The developer has now submitted that, inadvertently, they omitted inclusion of electronic hardware manufacturing facilities under the processing area. The list of authorized activities in processing area is given below, which is submitted for consideration of the Board of Approval:

(4) Authorised operations in respect of sector specific IT/ITES by Crystal IT Park (SEZ), Indore.

The authorised activities proposed by the developer are listed at Annexure- 3. Formal approval was granted to the SEZ proposal in the BoA meeting. Approval letter was issued on 22.6.2006.

(5) Sector specific SEZ for Aluminium and Aluminium related industry at Shendre Industrial Area, District Aurangabad, Maharashtra by MIDC

The SEZ has been notified on 22.12.2006. The authorized activities proposed by the developer are listed at Item No. 1, sub-item 20 of the main agenda. However,, revised request received from the developer is at Annexure-4 for consideration of the Board.

(6) Sector specific SEZ for Pharmaceuticals at Krushnor District-Nanded, Maharashtra by MIDC

The SEZ was notified on 11.1.2007. The authorized activities proposed by the developer are listed at Item No. 1, sub-item 23 of the main agenda. However,, revised request received from the developer is at Annexure-5 for consideration of the Board.

(7) Sector specific SEZ for Agro Products at Latur, District-Latur, Maharashtra

The SEZ was notified on 15.1.2007. The authorized activities proposed by the developer are listed at Item No. 1, sub-item 25 of the main agenda. However,, revised request received from the developer is at Annexure-6 for consideration of the Board.

Item No. 2: Request of DLF Assets Private Limited for co-developer in the IT/ITES SEZ in Ramapuram, Chennai by DLF Info City Developers (Chennai) Limited.

The above IT/ITES SEZ has been notified on 16.11.2006. DLF Assets Private Limited has submitted an application for co-developer for developing an area of 15.58 hectares. A Memorandum of understanding for co-development agreement between the two companies has been submitted. The request of the proposed co- developer is submitted for consideration of BOA.

Annexure – 1 FOXCONN INDIA DEVELOPER PRIVATE LIMITED

Proposed list of “Authorized Operations” in SEZ:

 Developing, operating and maintenance of the sector specific SEZ.

The activities proposed to be carried on by our company as a co-developer of the SEZ would typically include:

 Development and maintenance of the infrastructure including the buildings in the SEZ. AS indicative list of activities proposed to be carried by our company in connection with the development of the buildings is listed out in the herewith.

Development and maintenance of the other infrastructure and provisions of the other amenities such as:

Processing area (80% of the foot print area)

 Development and maintenance of the infrastructure including buildings, roads, steer lights, signals and signage etc.  Process buildings.  Utility buildings.  Water treatment plant tanks  Water storage and distribution  Rain water harvesting system  Sewage and effluent treatment facilities and solid waste management facilities.
 Multi effective evaporator plant  Fire fighting equipment and water hydrant, sprinkler systems  Mechanical smoke ventilation  Cooling tower  Chilled water system  Piping distribution
 Compressed air systems  Power generation and distribution
 External electrification  Computer systems and EPABX  Telecom and other communication facilities including interconnectivity  Trenching for laying optical fiber and other cable etc.
 Building automation systems  HVAC systems  Fuel storage and distribution (HSD etc)  Solvent storage  Industrial canteen/food court for our own use (as we will have approx. 15000 employees to feed) with central kitchen.

 Dispensary (less than 25 beds)  Multi function hall  Library and accessorial building  Training centre  Recreational block  Gate house  Parking space  Landscaping
 Drip and micro irrigation systems  Waste yard  Common data centre/ERP/Internet service/system administration/office automation for our manufacturing unit.

Non-processing area (20% of the total foot print area)

 Development and maintenance of the infrastructure including the buildings  Dormitories for our own use as we will need to house our own employees (approx 1500 employees) close to our manufacturing facility due to nature of our industry which is HI-tech and which will be running on 24X7 basis.
 Social/common amenities – canteen and dispensary (below 25 beds) for own use;
 Recreational block, library and other indoor and outdoor sports facilities.
 Multi tenant office space  Grate house  External electrification  Parking space  Landscaping  Drip and micro irrigation systems  Water treatment, storage and distribution.

Other day to day routine activities required to be carried out in a SEZ like:

 Security
 House keeping  Other activities connected with the upkeep and maintenance of the SEZ.

WHITEFIELD PAPER MILLS LIMITED

Layout of roads with street lighting, signals and signage and paper manufacture processing plant including captive power generation plant. 2. Water treatment plant, water supply lines, sewage lines, storm water drains and water chemicals of appropriate capacity.
3. Administrative building securities offices and police posts at entry, exit and other points within and along the periphery of the site 4. Sewage and garbage disposal plant, pipelines and other necessary infrastructure for sewage and garbage disposal and sewage treatment plants. 5. Rain water harvesting plant. 6. Electrical, gas and petroleum natural gas, distribution network including necessary sub-stations or appropriate capacity, pipeline network etc. 7. Landscaping and water bodies 8. Effluent treatment plant and pipe lines and other infrastructure for effluent treatment 9. Housing 10. Clinic and/or medical centres and/or hospital 11. School and/or technical institution and/or educational institution.
