Seeks to amend notification No1/2017-Customs dated 5th January, 2017 to insert SNos48 to 52 in the duty table to finalize the assessment of exports of jute products by M/sRoman Jute Mills Ltd(Producer/Exporter) and M/s SMP International, LLC,USA (Exporter/ Trader), M/s Aziz Fibres

Oral Hearing in respect of New Shipper Review under Rule 22 of the AntiDumping Rules for determination of individual dumping margin for (i) M/s Roman Jute Mills Ltd. (Producer/Exporter) and M/s SMP International LLC (Exporter/Trader), USA; (ii) M/s Natore Jute Mills (Producer) and M/s PNP Jute Trading LLC, (Exporter) and (iii) M/s Aziz Fibres Limited (Producer/Exporter), Bangladesh in the case of Antidumping duty imposed on “Jute Products” viz — Jute Yarn/Twine (multiple folded/cabled and single), and Jute Sacking Bags as the case may be originating in or exported from Bangladesh

Seeks to provide for provisional assessment of jute goods exported from Bangladesh by M/s Roman Jute Mills Ltd.(Producer/Exporter) and M/s SMP International, LLC, USA (Exporter/Trader) till the final findings of New Shipper Review in this regard are recieved.
